The pigs are raised on pasture so that they can fully utilize their natural abilities, and are fed agricultural by-products from Tokachi.At Sonota, the pigs are raised with a focus on interacting with each other (playing).Asobita is slowly raised over twice the usual period to reach a size of 200kg, giving it a firm texture and delicious flavor, with none of the typical pork smell, and the fat is sweet and refreshing!
